Follow the steps below to cancel your plan in just a few clicks.
Please note that payments already made are non-refundable, and all cancellations must be processed directly by users through the self-service portal.
Step 1: Access the Self-Service Portal
To begin the cancellation process, you will need to go to our self-service portal. Click on the link that aligns to your plan:

Select 'Sign In'.
Step 2: Log in to Your Account
Enter your email address and look for the security code in your inbox or spam folder to log in.
Step 3: Select the Plan You Want to Cancel
After logging in, you will see a list of your active plans on the page. Select 'Subscription Details' of the plan that you want to cancel.
Step 4: Go to Subscription Settings
In the plan details, click on 'Subscription Setting' on the top right.
Step 5: Select Cancel Subscription
Step 6: Confirm Cancellation
Here, you will need to select your cancellation reason and confirm that you want to cancel your plan. Once you have confirmed, your plan will be cancelled.
The service will continue until the end of your payment period. You will see this on the Subscription Details page of the plan.
Please note, once canceled, automatic payments will stop, but the service will remain active until the current payment period ends.
And that's it! You have successfully cancelled your Spacetalk plan through our self-service portal.
