In Australia, USA & UK, you can get free app subscription if you use the Spacetalk Mobile SIM cards and services in their Spacetalk watch. This means that there is no additional cost to use the app if:
you have a Spacetalk watch with an active Spacetalk mobile plan,
are using the app with family members on a phone,
or purchased your Spacetalk watch from a Telstra or Optus store.
If you are using a SIM card from another provider in your Spacetalk watch, an app subscription is required.
You may see a "No Active Subscription" message in your app. This refers to an active paid subscription. If you have a free subscription, you can safely ignore this message as your subscription is already included in your mobile plan.
