Change the email address or phone number you use for the Spacetalk App. Change one at a time: sign out, then sign back in with the new detail and the one you're keeping.
Who this is for: Anyone with a Spacetalk App account who wants to change the email address or phone number they sign in with.
Important: Always keep either your email address or your phone number the same when updating the other. If you change both at the same time, the app will create an entirely new account instead of updating your existing one.
To update your email address
Sign out of your account and fully close the app.
Open the Spacetalk App and sign in with your new email address and your existing phone number.
Verify both details using the one-time codes sent to each. Your account will update automatically once both are verified.
To update your phone number
Sign out of your account and fully close the app.
Open the Spacetalk App and sign in with your new phone number and your existing email address.
Verify both details using the one-time codes sent to each. Your account will update automatically once both are verified.
