You can update your email address and phone number associated with your Spacetalk account at any time. Please note that your email address and phone number are used to log in so we will need to verify you again to make sure it's really you making the request.
To update your email address:
Log out of your account and force close the app
Log back in with your new email address first then same phone number
Once both details have been verified by one time pin, your account will automatically be updated
To update your phone number:
Log out of your account and force close the app
Log back in with your new phone number first then same email address
Once both details have been verified by one time pin, your account will automatically be updated
It's important that one detail (either the phone number or email) remains the same; otherwise, you will create an entirely new account.
