How to View Your Transaction History on Spacetalk
If you need to review your payment history for your Spacetalk Mobile account, you can easily do so by following these steps.
Step 1: Access the Self-Service Portal
You will need to go to our self-service portal. You can access it by clicking on the following link: https://spacetalk-uk-phone.gigs.com/. Select 'Sign In'.
Step 2: Log in to your account
Enter your email address and look for the security code in your inbox or spam folder to log in.
Step 3: Select the Settings icon
Step 4: Edit Your Account Details
In the Settings page, select the arrow corresponding to 'Payment History'.
Download a receipt
To download a copy of your receipt, select the transaction which you want the receipt and click 'Download receipt' on the next page.
