Spacetalk's Be Well features are designed to support a user's emotional and physical well-being through smart and intuitive tools.
The Be Well features that can be seen will change depending on the type of Spacetalk watch you have paired.
Once you have the Be Well menu opened by pressing the button at the bottom of the screen, you'll be able to cycle through the different devices paired to your account.
Note: this only applies to watches paired - app users will not appear in this menu.
Adventurer
Overview - This tab will show you all of the available Be Well features. Press on this tab for quick access.
Steps - Pressing on the Steps tab will provide additional detail on daily step goals, daily averages, as well as provide weekly data in the form of a graph.
Heart Rate - The Heart Rate tab will provide daily information and weekly comparisons on Heart Rate data gathered from the watch.
Make sure to remember, the heart rate app on the watch doesn't function in the background, so the app will need to be opened on the watch periodically for data to be recorded.

The Feelings history can be seen on the chart view, allowing you to see which feeling was selected on which day - if there are multiple feelings requests on the same day, they will appear stacked and will expand when pressed on.
